Before you use CTONE APP, please read and agree to this user agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this agreement”). This agreement is a legal agreement between you and the developer and operator of CTONE APP (hereinafter referred to as “we”), which stipulates the conditions, rights, obligations and responsibilities of your use of CTONE APP. If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, or cannot accurately understand the terms of this agreement, please do not use CTONE APP. If you use CTONE APP, it means that you have read and agreed to this agreement, and are willing to be bound by it.

To use all the functions and services of CTONE APP, you need to register an CTONE APP account. You can use your email to register and log in to your CTONE APP account. When you register and log in to your CTONE APP account, you need to provide some necessary information, such as gender, age, etc., so that we can provide you with more personalized services. You can also choose to provide some optional information, such as your avatar, nickname, contact information, etc., so that we can provide you with more friendly interaction.
When you register and log in to your CTONE APP account, you agree that we collect, use, store and share your relevant information in accordance with this agreement and the privacy policy. You are responsible for protecting your account and password, and do not disclose them to any third party. If you find or suspect that your account or password has been stolen or leaked, please notify us immediately and change your password. If your account or password is stolen or leaked due to your negligence or fault, causing loss or risk to you or others, we are not responsible for any liability.
You can cancel or delete your CTONE APP account at any time. If you cancel or delete your CTONE APP account, we will stop providing services to you, and delete or anonymize your relevant information in accordance with this agreement and the privacy policy. However, if laws, regulations or regulatory authorities require us to retain your relevant information, we will continue to retain and comply with the relevant provisions.
When you use CTONE APP, you should abide by the following behavior norms, and do not engage in the following illegal, infringing or improper behaviors:
If you violate any of the terms of this agreement, we have the right to take all reasonable and necessary measures, including but not limited to warning, deleting relevant content, restricting or prohibiting you from using some or all of the functions and services of CTONE APP, suspending or terminating your CTONE APP account, etc. If your behavior causes loss or risk to us or others, you should bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
You acknowledge and agree that we own all the intellectual property rights of CTONE APP and its related contents, technologies, trademarks, logos, names, etc., including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, etc. Unless we expressly authorize, you shall not copy, disseminate, transfer, license, sell or infringe our intellectual property rights in any way.
You acknowledge and agree that any content or data that you generate or provide during the use of CTONE APP, such as your avatar, nickname, contact information, hair removal plan, hair removal effect, etc., you grant us a non-exclusive, free, perpetual, transferable and sublicensable worldwide license to use, store, share and display these content or data for the purpose of providing and improving the functions and services of CTONE APP. You warrant that you have the legal rights to these content or data, and will not infringe on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others.
You acknowledge and agree that we will make our best efforts to ensure the availability, accuracy, completeness, security and legality of CTONE APP, but we do not make any express or implied warranty or commitment to this. You use CTONE APP at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or risk caused by your use or inability to use CTONE APP.
You acknowledge and agree that CTONE APP may be affected or interfered by various factors, such as network failure, device failure, software failure, government action, natural disaster, etc., which may cause the functions and services of CTONE APP to be abnormal, interrupted or terminated. For these force majeure or unforeseeable situations, we are not liable for any liability.
You acknowledge and agree that CTONE APP may contain or link to content, services, advertisements, etc. provided by third parties, which are the responsibility of the third parties themselves, and have nothing to do with us. If you suffer any loss or risk due to the use or reliance on these content, services, advertisements, etc., we are not liable for any liability.
You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to change, update, suspend or terminate the functions, services, contents, etc. of CTONE APP according to our business development and technology update, without prior notice or consent from you. If we make significant changes, updates, suspensions or terminations to the functions, services, contents, etc. of CTONE APP, we will notify you on CTONE APP or by email or other means, and explain the impact of the changes on your rights and interests. If you do not agree with our changes, updates, suspensions or terminations, you can choose to stop using CTONE APP, and cancel or delete your CTONE APP account.
The establishment, execution and interpretation of this agreement, as well as the disputes related to this agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions). If any provision of this agreement is in conflict with laws and regulations, the provision shall be reinterpreted or deemed invalid according to laws and regulations, but it shall not affect the validity of other provisions of this agreement.
If you have any dispute or controversy with us, you should first try to resolve it with us through friendly consultation. If the consultation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people’s court where we are located.
